Returns & Shipping

Goods must be unused and in pristine resalable retail condition to qualify for a refund. All Retail Packaging must be intact to qualify. 

 

🕒 Return Deadline: You have 14 days to notify us, with an additional 16 days from the date of receipt, for a total of 30 days.

📦 Packaging:

  • Your set must be in pristine, unused condition.
  • Return it with all original packaging, including the outer brown card carton. If missing, use a suitable replacement for safe transportation.
  • Ensure branded inner packaging is intact and undamaged. Returning with only inner packaging may complicate the process.
  • Keep the inner packaging clean and free from parcel tape to aid in resale.
  • Ideally, use the original outer carton for shipping. Retain and reuse corner protectors if included with your chess board.

📝 Include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and order number (if possible).
  • Consider adding a copy of your packing slip for smoother processing.

  • Recommended: Use Parcel Force at your local post office or a home collection courier service like Parcel2Go for competitive rates.
  • Ensure the item is well-insured for the journey back, following the packaging requirements.
  • Returns costs are not covered by the company for unwanted goods

⌛ Refund Processing Time:

  • Typically, refunds will be processed within 2-6 days.

🔄 Exchange:

  • If you want to exchange your item, initiate a refund first, then place a new order for the desired item.

  • Securely pack the set in its original packaging.
  • Include your details and the packing slip.
  • Safely return the item.
  • Once your return meets these guidelines, your refund will be promptly processed.
